During this season's National winter series, I had the honor of securing first place in the U18W category. Moreover, I decided to challenge myself further by competing in the U21W category, where I attained a commendable second place right behind the skilled performance of Ingrid, who had an outstanding shooting display this year.

This total result also ranked me in 3rd place in the seniors Women  category for this year!  Truly happy with that result!

Currently prepping for outdoor, by making the new arrows that I will shoot summer of 2026! looking forward to use these bad boys =)

2025-12-28, I set a new national record in RU18W for 25m 60 arrows . This marks the 9th national record attained during this extraordinary year of 2025.

At the board meeting in our home club, I was honored with 5 out of the 6 national records I achieved in the summer. We joyously celebrated this achievement with the club members!

On the 22nd of August 2025, I spent the day in Alingsås practicing with Kaj, Erika & Lukas under the guidance of Pierre. It was a productive day filled with valuable lessons that built upon the work we did during last week's camp at Bosön. I can already feel a positive impact on my shooting technique, and I am grateful for the feedback and support from Pierre. Additionally, my dad received some technical equipment training, resulting in a new order to Ramrods =).

Excited to see the results when I return to the shooting line in a few weeks!

I placed 2nd in Ru18W at the Nordic youth championships in Borås, Sweden, yesterday. It was a remarkable achievement!

The competition was fierce, but I managed to give my best performance, showcasing my skills and dedication to the sport.

Over the weekend, I participated in 2 competitions in Hallsberg. It was the first time my Mental Coach joined me to observe how I perform and react during competitions. On Sunday, I set a new national record in the 60m event. Then, I focused on the 70m event as a calm session with Andreas, working on specific aspects without stressing about the immediate outcome, emphasizing long-term progress and development.

Reflecting on the experience, having my Mental Coach present provided valuable insights into my competition processes and reactions, contributing to a more holistic approach to my training and performance.
